Noah has opted to go down to $0 in income from Mosaic Church, where he is still the senior pastor but is now working 3 days a week. Mosaic was then able to hire a Pastor of Discipleship & Operations, freeing Noah up to invest the other half of his week in overseeing Beyond the Battle groups and doing writing, podcasting, and speaking.
